Cameron Fontana is an avid guitarist and writer for Harvest Music Live. Born in Osaka, Japan, he grew up in Southern California from age 7 and moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2005 to attend Valor Christian College. During his time in school, he studied music, joined the Valor band and became a part of the worship team at World Harvest Church, where he still plays today.
Music has been a passion of Cameron's since his early teens when he picked up a guitar and began playing and writing music. He is very creative and uses that gift to answer the call God has on his life to reach the world.
"We live in a culture where many people, even churches, want to emulate what the masses are doing. But we serve a God who is the author of creativity itself. And there is this hunger for something real, something tangible in today's age. That's what I love about Harvest Music Live; we're meeting that spiritual need and creating a new sound that doesn't focus on just a temporary moment, but fuels a lifestyle of praise and worship in everything you do."
In addition to serving with Harvest Music Live and at World Harvest Church, Cameron is an entertainment reporter and on-air personality for ABC6, FOX28 and CW53 and resides in Canal Winchester with his wife Katie and daughter Chanel .
